Rejuvenation and Renewal for Women

Service Description

Please join me for an afternoon of rejuvenation and renewal as we practice radical self care and support one another. If you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. You are not alone. It’s been a challenging year. In this two hour workshop, I will share regenerative self-care practices and provide some keys to unlocking the stress cycle that has been triggered by living under a global pandemic, racial and gender injustice, and the reality of climate change. This gathering will be built on a foundation of love and support of one another. The most profound part of our time together will be our opportunity to share in our stories of this past year with each other. I will hold a safe space for open communication to allow us to honor our vulnerabilities, knowing it is part of the way we can deeply support one another on our life journeys. You will emerge with concrete tools to help you meet the continuing challenges of these times.
